How to use it

  1. 1In Kaavit, choose New board and pick it under Start from, or use Insert template on the toolbar of a board you already have.
  2. 2Add one sticky per item, coloured by team or theme.
  3. 3Put what is being built and committed to in Now, what is shaped but not promised in Next, and everything else in Later.
  4. 4Select a pile of items and ask the AI to sort them into Now, Next and Later, then adjust.
  5. 5Share a view-only link with the rest of the company, and revoke it whenever you like.

Yes: a share link can be view-only, with an expiry if you want one, and revoked at any time. People with the link do not need an account.
